Chicago Fleet Wraps Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Chicago Fleet Wraps collects when you use chicagofleetwraps.com or contact us for a quote, how that information is used, and how to ask for it to be deleted. Effective June 18, 2026. Questions go to the shop at 4711 N Lamon Ave #7.
Overview
Chicago Fleet Wraps respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use chicagofleetwraps.com or contact us for a quote, and how we use it.
What Do We Collect?
Contact details you submit through quote, estimate, and contact forms, including name, company, email, phone, vehicle and fleet details. Standard web analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected through Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
What Does the Quote Form Ask For?
The estimate form asks for eleven things and stops there: your name, your company, a phone number, an email address, vehicle type, fleet size, wrap type, whether artwork already exists, your timeline, a notes box, and a checkbox for free pickup. Only the name and the vehicle type are required. One more field sits in that form and is meant to stay empty, because it is a spam trap that a real visitor never sees.
- Your name, which is required
- Your company
- A phone number
- An email address
- Vehicle type, which is required
- Fleet size
- Wrap type
- Whether artwork already exists
- Your timeline
- A notes box
- A checkbox for free pickup
The quote forms do not ask for a payment card, a bank account or a driver's license number. If a field looks like it is fishing for one of those, it is not ours.
What you send becomes a working project file rather than a row in a marketing database. The vehicle list, the notes, any survey photos and the art files sit together so that the person pricing the job and the installer in the bay are reading the same thing.
Photos of your vehicles
Two kinds of photographs exist here. Survey photos, taken when we walk a fleet at a customer yard, record model, body configuration and existing graphics so a quote matches what actually rolls into the bay. Install photos record the condition of a panel before film goes over it, which is what settles a later question about a scratch or a lifting clear coat.
Those frames show door lettering, phone numbers, DOT numbers and plates, so they belong to your project file and not to a stock library. If you would rather your vehicles stayed out of the portfolio and off our social accounts, say so in writing and they stay out. Ask us to pull something already posted and we pull it.
How we use it
To prepare and send wrap quotes, schedule work, provide service, and improve the site. We contact you about your request and your project. We do not share your details with third parties except service providers that help us operate, such as analytics and email delivery.
Calls, texts and email
Call (312) 597-1286 or write to roy@chicagofleetwraps.com and that thread becomes part of the project file. Notes taken during a call go into the same place. A text about a drop off time is handled exactly like an email about one.
We use it to answer the thing you asked about and to run your job. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and a fleet list does not get handed to anybody selling anything.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for analytics and site function. You can disable cookies in your browser. Analytics data is aggregated and used to understand site usage.
What Can Analytics Actually See?
This site runs Google Analytics 4. It counts page views, the site or search that sent a visit, the general region a request came from and the kind of device that loaded the page. We read it in aggregate, which is how we learn that a box truck page gets read to the end while another page gets abandoned in the first screen.
Analytics is not how we learn who you are. We learn that when you fill in a form, call the shop or send an email. Turning off cookies in your browser turns off the analytics and leaves every page working.
Who else handles it
Three kinds of outside service touch any of this: the host that serves these pages and receives form submissions, the email service that carries the thread, and Google Analytics 4 for the aggregate counts above. Each one handles it in order to do that job. None of them buys it.
How long we keep it
An open quote stays live while you are deciding. A finished job keeps its file, because a warranty question years out is answered by the install photos and the material record behind that vehicle. Beyond a live project, a warranty record and our own books, there is no reason to keep it, and we delete it when you ask.
Who at the shop can read it
Access stops at the people who need it to quote, design, schedule or install the work. Six installers and two in-house designers do not all need your phone number, and the ones who do not, do not have it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing roy@chicagofleetwraps.com. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time.
