A fleet is not twelve separate wrap jobs. It is one brand standard applied to twelve vehicles, kept consistent as trucks get added, damaged, replaced, and rebranded over years. This is the program behind every CFW fleet account.
You send the roster: unit numbers, year/make/model per vehicle, what artwork exists today, your brand standards, and the schedule your crews actually run. We come back with one itemized per-vehicle quote in 24 hours, priced at your contract's volume tier (3% for 2–4 vehicles up to 15% for 25+), not vehicle by vehicle.
For larger or mixed fleets, CFW can survey the vehicles at your yard before anything is designed: verify models and body configurations, photograph existing units, and document the variations that surprise other shops mid-install. Fewer surprises before production means the rollout schedule you were promised is the one you get.
Before any vinyl is cut you approve a design proof built on your exact vehicle templates. The approved spec locks the film system (Avery Dennison MPI 1105 or 3M IJ180-CV3 cast vinyl under laminate), the Pantone-matched HP Latex output, and the layout rules, so unit 14 wrapped next spring matches unit 3 wrapped today. Unit numbers and per-vehicle variations are handled at print, not improvised in the bay. Production is in-house: two HP Latex 560 printers and an Epson SureColor R5070 at up to 59 inches wide with SEAL lamination, run by two in-house designers who stay with your fleet from first proof through every later reorder, so color never drifts between print runs.
We pick each vehicle up from your lot, wrap it in our Portage Park bays, and have it back before the 7am crew call. Installs stagger around your work calendar, one truck rolling in as the last one rolls out, so the fleet gets wrapped without your crews ever sitting. Five installation bays across roughly 6,000 square feet of dedicated install space hold 4 staggered fleet slots per week; a booked week is a booked week. Many commercial vehicles up to about 40 feet long fit indoors, and secure indoor overnight storage is what makes wrap-overnight-return-by-7am scheduling real instead of marketing. Six installers run the floor, and the three most senior carry more than a decade each.
When you buy unit 15, it gets printed from the same production files and film spec as the rest of the fleet and priced at your standing contract tier. No redesign fee, no drift from the brand standard. You already own the source files (they went to your inbox after the first vehicle), and we hold the production spec on record for active accounts.
A door gets keyed or a quarter panel gets replaced after a fender bender: you send a photo and the unit number through the fleet reorder form, and we reprint and install that panel to the master spec. Panel replacement, not a full rewrap.
New name, new colors, or a franchise conversion: we strip the old graphics paint-safe (see wrap removal) and roll the new standard across the fleet on the same staggered schedule as a first-time rollout.
Production-ready source files transfer to you after the first completed vehicle, forever. Love us, fire us, switch shops: the art goes with you. Full policy: you own your wrap art. New fleet? Start with a fleet quote. Existing account adding a unit or replacing a panel? Use the fleet reorder form.

"Chicago Fleet Wraps did an incredible job wrapping my C8 Corvette, turning it from torch red to a sleek matte black finish. The craftsmanship is flawless. Every edge, curve, and detail was executed with precision. The wrap looks like factory paint."
"Roy and his team were a blessing to work with. From the beginning, Roy was extremely responsive and attentive. My wrap had to be done within a certain time frame for an event and he delivered. They did not hesitate to do revisions until I was 110% happy with the design. It turned out sick."

Branding
Unwrapped vans miss every chance to be noticed in the neighborhoods you already serve. Every unmarked panel is your competitor's free advertisement.
Durability
Cheap calendered vinyl fails in 12–18 months in Chicago winters. We use only Avery Dennison MPI 1105 cast vinyl. Rated 5–7 years, zero paint damage claims in 25 years.
Cost Efficiency
Wraps are generally deductible as a business advertising expense. Confirm with your tax professional. Fleet discounts up to 15%.

HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, delivery services, food trucks, and landscapers see the highest ROI from fleet wraps in Chicago. Vehicle-wrap exposure varies dramatically by route, traffic density, driving time, and parked visibility. A widely cited 2003 ARD Ventures paper reported preliminary testing of 30,000–70,000 daily vehicular impressions, but its own published 24-hour worked example totals 15,250. See our source analysis.
Vehicle-wrap ROI depends on installed cost, route, mileage, time in service, and how you track exposure or leads. Chicago Fleet Wraps does not use one universal daily-impressions or CPM figure. Use route-specific assumptions and dedicated tracking such as a phone number, QR code, or landing page.
Fleet wraps deliver measurable business outcomes that compound over time:
Our fleet rollout process is designed to minimize vehicle downtime while ensuring brand consistency across your entire fleet:

Both materials are non-damaging to paint and can be cleanly removed at the end of their life or when you rebrand.

Vehicle wraps create repeated local exposure wherever your fleet drives and parks. Daily exposure varies by route rather than following one universal industry number. Vehicles operating in downtown Chicago and along the Kennedy Expressway reported the highest numbers.
Fastest fleet turnaround: Our record is 8 vehicles in 6 business days for an HVAC company that needed their fleet ready before summer season. Standard turnaround for fleets of 5+ is 3–4 vehicles per week.
Fleet wrap pricing depends on vehicle type and fleet size. Cargo van fleet wraps start at $4,200 per vehicle, sprinter van fleet wraps $4,200 to $6,000, box truck fleet wraps $5,300 to $9,200, and pickup truck fleet wraps $3,500. Volume discounts of 3–15% apply for fleets of 2+ vehicles. Contact us for a custom fleet quote.
Fleet wraps installed with premium Avery Dennison MPI 1105 or 3M IJ280 cast vinyl are rated for 5–7 years of outdoor durability. With proper care, fleet vehicle wraps in Chicago regularly last 5–7 years despite road salt, extreme cold, and summer heat. We provide aftercare instructions with every fleet wrap installation.
No. Chicago Fleet Wraps has zero verified paint damage claims in over 25 years of fleet wrapping. Cast vinyl fleet wraps actually protect factory paint from UV rays, minor scratches, and road debris. When removed, your original paint is preserved in its original condition.
Typical fleet wrap installation takes 1–4 days per vehicle depending on size: cargo vans 1–2 days, sprinter vans 2–3 days, box trucks 2–4 days, pickup trucks 1–2 days. We schedule fleet vehicles in rotation (1–3 at a time) so your fleet stays operational throughout the rollout. A 10-vehicle fleet typically completes in 4–6 weeks.
We use only cast vinyl from Avery Dennison (MPI 1105 with a UV overlaminate) and 3M (IJ280 with 8518 overlaminate). These are the industry's top-rated fleet wrap materials. Rated 5–7 years outdoor, non-damaging to paint, and engineered for complex vehicle curves and corrugations.
Fleet discounts begin at 2 vehicles on a single contract. The tiers: 2–4 vehicles 3% off, 5–9 vehicles 7%, 10–24 vehicles 11%, 25+ vehicles 15%. Discounts apply per contract, not cumulative across separate orders, full unit count must be specified upfront. A 5-van Ford Transit fleet at the $4,200 base wraps for $19,530 total ($3,906 per van delivered). Even a small fleet of 3 cargo vans qualifies for volume pricing. We also offer ongoing fleet maintenance programs for adding new vehicles to your fleet wrap program.
