Client Video Testimonials

Quick AnswerClient video testimonials from real Chicago businesses: Arnold Electric Services on their full fleet wrap with Hi-Vis reflective vinyl for service vans, and Oak Bros on a custom wall wrap and signage installation. Hear results directly from the clients, then browse the portfolio or request an estimate for your own project.

Watch Chicago businesses describe working with us in their own words, from fleet wraps to wall graphics. These are clients talking about turnaround, material quality, and what the finished work did for them, rather than a reel of beauty shots with music over it.

What each of these videos actually covers

Arnold Electric Services: fleet wrap with Hi-Vis reflective vinyl

Arnold Electric runs commercial service vans on electrical calls, which puts their crews on shoulders, in alleys and in unlit lots after dark. Their wrap carries Hi-Vis reflective vinyl worked into the branding, so the same graphics that sell the company in daylight light up when headlights hit them after dark. In the video the client talks about the material, the crew that installed it, and what the finished vans changed about getting recognized on a job site.

Reflective film is the part of that job worth understanding before you order it. It is stiffer than standard print vinyl and it does not want to stretch into deep body channels, so the layout puts the reflective areas on flat panel faces and keeps printed film on the compound curves around wheel arches, door handles and mirror pods. We set those panel breaks against the van's own measurements before anything prints, instead of forcing a flat design onto a curved body at the install stage.

Oak Bros: wall wrap and interior signage

Oak Bros is the other kind of work on this page, and it is why the videos are not all vans. Their project was a wall wrap plus interior signage, printed on the same presses that print vehicle graphics and installed by the same crew. The video runs from the design conversation through the finished wall.

Interior walls have no rivets and no curves, which sounds easier than it is. Drywall texture, old paint, patched seams and corner bead all read through a flat graphic, so prep is where the hours go. Print width sets the panel plan too. We print up to 59 inches wide, so anything bigger than that in one direction is laid out as panels, with the seams placed on an architectural line or behind a fixture rather than through the middle of a logo.

How should you read a wrap testimonial?

A video review is only useful if you can tell what it is evidence of. Four questions sort the useful ones from the rest.

  • Is the job identified? A review tied to a named business, a named vehicle type and a described scope can be checked. Anonymous beauty shots cannot.
  • Is the vehicle anything like yours? A wrapped sedan tells you very little about a riveted 24 foot box truck. Look for the body style you actually run.
  • Does anyone name the film? Film choice drives how a wrap ages. Our commercial printing goes on Avery Dennison MPI 1105 or 3M IJ180-CV3 cast vinyl, and the client knows which one is going on the vehicle before production starts.
  • Does anyone mention downtime? Downtime is the real cost of wrapping a working fleet. Ask how long each unit was off the road, and whether the vehicles went in staggered or all at once.

Those are the same four things we put in writing before an install. When a client agrees to go on camera afterward, it is usually because the schedule and the finished panels matched the quote.

Where the work in these videos was done

Every wrap and wall graphic in these videos was designed, printed and installed by Chicago Fleet Wraps at 4711 N Lamon Ave #7 in Portage Park. The shop runs five installation bays across roughly 6,000 square feet of dedicated installation space, and takes many commercial vehicles up to about 40 feet long indoors, which matters in a Chicago February when no wrap should be going onto a cold, wet panel in a parking lot. Secure indoor overnight storage is available for vehicles that stay with us.

Graphics print in house on two HP Latex 560 printers and an Epson SureColor R5070, then get laminated on SEAL equipment before anything is cut. Six installers do the installing, three of them with more than ten years each, and two in-house designers sit next to production instead of emailing files in from somewhere else. For fleets we pick vehicles up across Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and McHenry counties, and on larger or mixed fleets we can survey the units in your own yard first to confirm models and body configurations before a single panel prints.

The coverage behind the work in these videos is the same as on any other job: a 2-year installation and workmanship warranty, plus a 5-year material warranty on the film itself. Expected service life for a cast-vinyl commercial wrap in Chicago weather is five to seven years, which is a service life figure and not a warranty term. We keep those three numbers separate on purpose.

“Client Video Testimonials. Here is what actually matters: the wrap goes on to protect the paint underneath, and it peels off clean years later. Nineteen thousand four hundred vehicles deep, the process does not change.”
